Avec l'aide de Mme Kristie-Anne, notre technicienne en éducation spécialisée, volet habiletés sociales, le personnel et les élèves ont co-construit des critères de réussite, selon la valeur ou l'habileté mise en vedette ce mois.
With the help of Kristie-Anne, our Special Education Specialist in Social Skills, staff and students have co-constructed success criteria based on the value or skill being featured this month.

Notre concierge du soir superstar M. Philippe a construit la roue de la chance MC pendant ses vacances, et Rafiki a eu l'honneur de la dévoiler au cours du dernier rassemblement CSP, Climat scolaire positif. Les élèves démontrent l'habileté et se méritent un crochet, un soleil, une étoile pour son groupe-classe. Le groupe atteint un objectif et gagne la chance de faire tourner la roue de la chance MC. Plusieurs classes se sont méritées la chance de tourner. Profitez de votre renforcement - vous le méritez : journées pyjama, film avec popcorn, récréation prolongée, etc ! Bravo !
Our superstar evening janitor Mr. Philippe built the lucky wheel ™ during his vacation, and Rafiki had the honor to unveil it during the last CSP, Positive School Climate gathering. Students demonstrate the skill and earn a hook, a sun, a star for their class-group. The group achieves a goal and wins the chance to spin the lucky wheel ™. Several classes have earned the chance to shoot. Enjoy your reinforcement - you deserve it: pajamas, movie with popcorn, extended recess, etc! Bravo!

Le Service en ligne (SEL) est arrivé à Marie-Curie ! Nous sommes en période de transition vers le service en ligne. Les dépliants d'information ont été envoyées à la maison, merci à tous les parents qui se sont déjà inscrits au portail des parents ainsi qu'au SEL ! Le mois de février est le mois de l'amour et de l'amitié. Il y aura plusieurs activités qui souligneront l'importance des amitiés et relations saines au cours du mois. #Clair2018 ! M. Gabriel, M. Joël et Mme Sylvie ont eu une occasion très spéciale de visiter une école innovatrice dans le petit village de Clair, au Nouveau-Brunswick. Quelle expérience inoubliable ! Nous avons témoigné d'innovation et de créativité pendant trois jours. Oui, il y avait des robots et des machines complexes, mais il y avait également une présence de simplicité, de la résolution de problèmes, d'entrepreneuriat. Ce colloque était important pour notre équipe dans le but de nous appuyer dans la création et la mise en oeuvre de notre Makerspace à Marie-Curie. Nous sommes privilégiés de travailler en collaboration avec l'université d'Ottawa et l'université de Toronto dans le cadre de projets de recherche au sujet de l'esprit entrepreneurial chez les élèves, les pratiques gagnantes autour de la vision Maker, et ce, en milieu minoritaire. # Clair2018! M. Gabriel, M. Joel and Mme Sylvie had a very special opportunity to visit an innovative school in the small village of Clair, New Brunswick. What an unforgettable experience! We witnessed innovation and creativity for three days. Yes, there were robots and complex machines, but there was also a presence of simplicity, problem solving, entrepreneurship. This symposium was important for our team in order to support us in the creation and implementation of our Makerspace at Marie-Curie. We are privileged to work in collaboration with the University of Ottawa and the University of Toronto on research projects on the entrepreneurial spirit of students, the winning practices around the vision maker, and in a minority setting. Nous avons baissé le chauffage, porté des chandails rigolos dans le but de réduire notre empreinte écologique. Nous attendons maintenant l'annonce des gagnants des chandails les plus rigolos !
La p'tite laine Day: Thank you to our eco-responsible committee, including Mr. Djeffar, Ms. Saliha, Ms. Ouiza, Ms. Leila, Mr. Laurent, Ms. Michelyne. We lowered the heating, wore funny sweaters in order to reduce our ecological footprint.
